Any repairs or maintenance issues which might arise in your temporary accommodation should be reported to RTR Management as soon as possible.
If you do not do so, the problem could get worse (or cause damage to someone else’s property) and therefore end up costing much more to fix. If this were allowed to happen, then you would be held liable and required to contribute towards the cost of any additional expenses that had been incurred unnecessarily.
In order for any maintenance job to be completed promptly, please ensure to contact us with as much accurate and detailed information of the repair as possible. If necessary, attach a photo so that arrangements to be made accordingly.
